About the Journal
The Scientific Journal OMNES (ISSN 2523–2908), from the Columbia University of Paraguay, is a biannual publication of a scientific and academic nature that seeks to promote a space for exchange regarding the production of knowledge from the disciplines of Humanities, Natural Sciences and Social Sciences.
It is presented as a requirement that the contributions be unpublished, original works, and not be simultaneously postulated in another journal (with respect to the Institution's code of ethics). In addition to original articles, reviews and interviews are included. The works can be presented in the Spanish language as well as in English.
Open Access. This Journal provides free access to all articles. The OMNES Scientific Journal does not charge for its publication, nor does it undertake to pay the authors, since they give it the right to publish their articles. It is clearly stated that this journal does not pursue profit for its activity and that the actions are channeled to the expansion of scientific and educational knowledge in the area of Humanities, Natural Sciences and Social Sciences. Any author who submits an article to be published in this journal assumes that they accept this rule.
Licensing and intellectual protection. Everything published in this Magazine is licensed by “Creative Commons” 4.0 (CC BY-NC-SA), which literally means Attribution-Non-commercial-Share alike. This means that the material created by the authors can be distributed, copied and displayed by third parties as long as the authors are credited and the source is mentioned. This license prohibits financial gain and does not allow the making of derivative works.
About the manuscript titled
Through this document, the OMNES Scientific Journal assumes the exclusive rights to edit, publish, reproduce, distribute copies, prepare paper and electronic derivative works. Manuscripts that are accepted for publication will remain in the permanent possession of the OMNES Scientific Journal. The OMNES Scientific Journal authorizes the printing of articles and photocopies for personal use. Also, use for academic purposes is encouraged.
Educational institutions may create links to specific articles found on the Journal's server in order to create course packages, seminars or as instructional material. Post-print publication in repositories and websites is allowed, as long as it is carried out for non-profit purposes, no derivative works are generated and the corresponding source and authorship are mentioned. Likewise, the Journal makes articles available in third-party repositories and national and international indexes.
The Editorial Committee will not necessarily endorse the published ideas, brand names or products in the articles; this information is the responsibility of the authors. Therefore, the judgments and opinions expressed in the articles and communications published in the Journal are those of the author or authors and not necessarily of the Editorial Committee. This Journal declines any responsibility for said material.
