Abstract

The purpose of this work was to obtain a competitive product the same time be useful to all strawberry producers in Aregua city, Paraguay. The Technical study was developed for the strawberry producers in the Central Department, aiming to know if they use conservation methods of their products. two experts were consulted regarding freeze-drying in food and pharmaceutical areas, which provided important data in order to assess the feasibility of using this process.
